Do I need sales experience to apply?

No experience required. We train every rep from day one with a proven script, objection handling, and live call coaching. Coachable and consistent beats experienced every time.
When do I actually get paid?

Your commission is $100 per kW on systems you set that actually get installed, paid weekly. Once a deal is funded you receive a $500 M1 advance. That advance is credited against the commission on the same deal rather than paid on top of it, so if the backend commission comes in under $500 the difference is offset against future pay. It is all spelled out in the contractor agreement before you sign.
Do I need to find my own leads?

Never. We provide all leads directly into your dialer every day. Every contact is a real homeowner with a confirmed high electric bill. You focus entirely on conversations.
What equipment do I need?

A computer or laptop, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace. Our dialer and CRM are fully browser-based — no software installs required. A headset is recommended but not required to start.
Is this W2 or 1099?
+
1099 independent contractor. No taxes withheld — set aside roughly 25–30% of earnings for quarterly taxes. You run your own schedule and are paid purely on performance.
What states are you hiring in?

Nationwide. As long as you're in the US and have reliable internet, you're eligible to apply. Calls run from 8AM to 8PM Eastern, and you pick your own hours inside that window, any day of the week.
What's the training like?

Full onboarding walkthrough of the script, CRM, and dialer before your first day. Live coaching from there — we review calls and adjust in real time. Most setters are dialing independently within their first week.
