These terms govern the Solar Sales Academy Recruiting text message program operated by Solar Sales Academy LLC (“Solar Sales Academy,” “we,” “us”). By providing your mobile number to us as described below, you agree to these terms.
The Solar Sales Academy Recruiting program sends text messages to people who have applied to one of our job postings for a remote solar appointment setter or closer position. Messages relate solely to your application and the hiring process. Typical messages include:
This is a conversational recruiting program. A member of our recruiting team, or our recruiting assistant “Max,” will reply to messages you send. This program does not send marketing, promotional, or sales messages, and it is not used to contact homeowners about solar products.
You are enrolled in this program only if you gave us your mobile number in one of these ways:
We do not buy, rent, or share phone number lists, and we do not send text messages to people who have not applied to us or contacted us first.
Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on where you are in the hiring process and how often you reply. Most applicants receive between 1 and 10 messages during the application and interview process. Because the program is conversational, you may receive more messages if you are actively replying to us.
Message and data rates may apply. Solar Sales Academy does not charge you anything to participate in this program. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates apply to messages you send and receive, according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
You can stop receiving messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. We also honor QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and REVOKE.
After you send STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop texting you. You will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt back in by texting START or by giving us your number again.
Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your job application. If you want to withdraw your application, tell us by email at the address below.

This program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliates and resellers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties. No mobile opt-in data or consent is shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party for any purpose.
Information you give us through this program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information, and we do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party for marketing purposes.
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continuing to participate in the program after an update means you accept the updated terms.
