When you apply to one of our job postings through a third-party job board such as ZipRecruiter, that job board sends us the application information you submitted, including your contact details.
When you visit this website we collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. We use this to keep the site working and secure.
Phone calls with our recruiting and sales teams may be recorded and transcribed for training, quality assurance, and recordkeeping. Where the law requires consent from all parties, we notify you at the start of the call. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us and we will continue by text or email instead.
We use software, including AI-assisted tools, to help draft replies, summarize conversations, and schedule interviews. Hiring decisions are made by people, not by automated systems. You can ask to speak with a member of our team at any point.
If you take part in our recruiting text message program, we collect your mobile number, your consent to be texted, the messages exchanged, and delivery status information. Our SMS Terms & Conditions describe the program in full.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties. No mobile opt-in data or consent is shared with, sold to, or rented to any third party for any purpose.
We use messaging providers to deliver and receive these messages on our behalf. They may process your number only to transmit our messages, and they may not use it for their own purposes.

We keep applicant information for as long as needed to run our hiring process and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and then we delete or de-identify it. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to opt out of certain uses, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA.
